Built Heritage Investment Scheme
What it is: Grants from €2,500 to €50,000 for restoration works, including roof and wall repairs, and window and door upgrades on protected structures.
Who qualifies: Owners/custodians of qualifying protected structures or buildings in Architectural Conservation Areas. Applications reopen in July 2026, with €708,000 allocated to Cork projects this year.

What it is: Grants from €50,000 to €200,000 for larger conservation projects, with priority given to external envelope works such as roofs, stonework, and brickwork.
Who qualifies: Owners and approved custodians of eligible historic structures with projects that meet fund criteria. This scheme is more competitive but offers higher potential funding.

Lime Insulated Systems For Large Building
We carried out a large-scale renovation and extension of the Tusla building in Limerick, with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Internally, we applied Diathonite insulating plaster — a natural blend of lime, cork, and clay — to insulate the walls. This breathable solution enhances thermal performance while promoting a healthy indoor environment throughout the expanded facility.

Lime Render Restoration & Moulding Repairs For Church
We recently completed lime plaster and render restoration on the historic chapel at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. The work included careful repair of original mouldings, helping preserve the building's character and ensure its long-term protection.

We recently completed modern acrylic plastering for a new residential development built with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) blocks. The acrylic render provided a durable, weather-resistant finish with a clean, contemporary appearance, perfectly suited to the high-performance insulation system of the ICF structure.
